The Rehabilitation Institute of Southern California (RIO - SC) Leo Fessenden ADHC provides services for persons 18 years and older who are physically, developmentally or cognitively impaired. Our goal is for each participant to achieve an optimal level of functioning. RIO provides a multi-faceted program which greatly reduces the risk of being placed in a skilled nursing facility or institution. RIO’s services includes physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy nursing services with a full-time RN and LVN, social services and counseling, activities as well as pharmaceutical and nutritional services.
