Community SeniorServ Adult Day Health Care Center of Santa Ana

Providing care for an aging parent, spouse or loved one can be an overwhelming responsibility for family members and friends. Too often, struggling caregivers believe that nursing home placement is their only alternative.

The Adult Day Health Care of Santa Ana is a program of Community SeniorServ, a 42 year old non-profit organization headquartered in Anaheim. The mission of Community SeniorServ is to improve the quality of life for older adults and their families by creating a safety net of health, nutrition, and supportive services that enhance independence, well being and dignity.

The Adult Day Health Care of Santa Ana provides a variety of services including nursing and personal care, physical and occupational therapy, case management, nutritious meals, speech therapy and fun activities.

The Adult Day Health Care of Santa Ana is designed to prevent unnecessary hospitalizations and premature placement by providing close supervision of both physical and emotional health. Our professional staff assists participants according to their individual needs, while encouraging independence.

Our participants come from all walks of life and have many different needs. We welcome adults with Alzheimer’s disease and other fragile health issues as well as individuals with mental health problems. By providing a stimulating and therapeutic environment by a professionally trained staff, each individual is able to achieve and maintain their highest potential on a daily basis.
